Unable to sign in
Check the phone number, password, and internet connection. If quick sign-in is enabled, you can use password sign-in and set up the PIN again.
Products or documents are not syncing
Check the internet connection and refresh the section. If the document does not appear, include the document type, date, and store in your support request.
Barcode scanning does not work
Make sure the app has camera permission. The camera is used only to read the barcode.
Need to delete or correct data
Contact support with the organization, user, and details of the data that needs correction. Some accounting records and operations may remain in history to preserve accounting accuracy.
