1. Who We Are
SaudaPro is a service for product accounting, sales, stock receipts, transfers, write-offs, payment invoices, cashier shifts, and related business operations.

2. Data We Process
SaudaPro may process the following categories of data:
- account data: user name, phone number, email, role, and assigned stores;
- organization data: company name, business identifiers, addresses, bank details, and employees;
- operational data: products, barcodes, prices, stock balances, receipts, transfers, write-offs, sales, shifts, payment invoices, and incoming payment orders;
- counterparty data: name, business identifier, address, phone, email, contract, and invoice debt information;
- technical data: IP address, request date and time, application errors, synchronization status, and service health information;
- camera data when barcode scanning is used. The camera image is used only for scanning and is not stored as a user photo.
3. How We Use Data
We use data to:
- authenticate users and manage access rights;
- support inventory, product, cashier, and financial accounting;
- synchronize the mobile application, web admin panel, and server database;
- generate documents, reports, and payment invoices;
- protect the service, prevent errors, and restore data;
- provide user support and process support requests.
4. Legal Basis and Consent
Data is processed to provide SaudaPro functionality, grant access to organization users, perform contractual and accounting operations, and comply with applicable legal requirements.
By using SaudaPro, the user confirms that they are authorized to work with their organization's data and understands that entered data may be available to other organization users according to their roles.
5. Sharing With Third Parties
We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared only when required for service operation:
- with infrastructure, hosting, storage, and technical support providers;
- with integration services if the organization enables such integration;
- with public authorities or other parties when required by law.
6. Storage and Protection
We use organizational and technical safeguards, including access control, server-side storage, backups, protected local PIN/session storage on the device, and role-based permissions.
Data is stored for as long as necessary for the organization's use of SaudaPro, accounting tasks, support, recovery, and compliance with legal requirements.
7. Biometrics, PIN, and Local Storage
If the user enables Face ID or another quick sign-in method, biometric data is not transmitted to SaudaPro and is not stored on our servers. Verification is performed by the device operating system.
The 4-digit PIN is stored securely on the device and is used only for quick sign-in on that device.
8. User and Organization Rights
A user or authorized organization representative may request access, correction, restriction of processing, or deletion of data where this does not conflict with accounting, security, and legal requirements.
To submit a request, email support@aub-solutions.asia and include the organization, account phone number, and request details.
9. Children
SaudaPro is intended for employees and representatives of organizations. The service is not intended for children and is not directed at collecting children's data.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. The updated version will be published on this page and the effective date will be changed at the top of the document.
